4. Shipping and Delivery
- Please allow reasonable processing and delivery times depending on order size and stock availability.
- Carry and Shine is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect shipping details, or damage during transit once the parcel has left our premises.
- Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the courier tracking number provided.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
Because our items are personal care and fragrance products, strict hygiene and safety standards apply.
5.1. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perfumes, fragrance oils, and essential oils that have been opened or used.
- Bath bombs, soaps, and skincare products that have been unsealed, tested, or used.
5.2. Eligible Returns
We will gladly replace or refund products only if:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item arrived damaged or faulty.
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery, and the product remains unused and in original packaging.
5.3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email or message us with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Custom and Bulk Orders
