All products are handcrafted or carefully sourced to ensure quality, freshness, and safety. As many of our products are handmade, variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Please allow reasonable processing and delivery times depending on order size and stock availability.
• Carry and Shine is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect shipping details, or damage during transit once the parcel has left our premises.
• Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the courier tracking number provided.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

Because our items are personal care and fragrance products, strict hygiene and safety standards apply.

5.1. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Perfumes, fragrance oils, and essential oils that have been opened or used.
• Bath bombs, soaps, and skincare products that have been unsealed, tested, or used.

5.2. Eligible Returns
We will gladly replace or refund products only if:

• The wrong item was sent.
• The item arrived damaged or faulty.
• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery, and the product remains unused and in original packaging.

5.3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email or message us with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Allergies and Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before use.
Carry and Shine is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or misuse of products. If you have sensitive skin, please test on a small area first.

7. Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom or bulk orders (e.g., gift sets, personalised items, or wholesale purchases) are non-refundable unless faulty upon arrival.
